Seller Terms
These Seller Terms apply when you list tickets for resale on Etihad Arena Tickets. They set out your responsibilities, our commission, and how payouts work.

1. Listing eligibility
You may only list tickets that you legally own and are entitled to resell. You must accurately describe the section, row, and seats, and you must be able to deliver the tickets if they sell.
2. Commission and fees
A seller commission of 15% applies to completed sales. There are no listing fees. The commission is deducted from your payout, and the exact amount is shown before you confirm a listing.
3. Payouts
Payouts are sent to your nominated bank account or PayPal after the event has taken place and the buyer has been admitted, typically within 5 business days.
4. Your obligations
- Keep your listing accurate and up to date.
- Transfer valid tickets promptly when a sale is confirmed.
- Do not list the same tickets across multiple platforms.
5. Breach and penalties
If you fail to deliver valid tickets, we may charge you the costs incurred in sourcing replacement tickets for the buyer and may suspend your selling privileges.
