By creating an account, browsing listings, or completing a purchase you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract. If you use the platform on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you are authorised to bind that organisation.

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified by email or an on-site notice, and continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

Etihad Arena Tickets operates a marketplace that connects buyers and sellers of event tickets. Unless explicitly stated, we are not the event organiser and do not set face values or control event scheduling.

• Listings are created by sellers, who are responsible for their accuracy.
• Prices may be above or below face value where permitted by law.
• A booking fee and applicable taxes are shown before you pay — the price you see at checkout is the price you pay.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.

When you complete a purchase you enter into a contract for the tickets described in your order. Tickets are delivered electronically or transferred to your mobile wallet according to the delivery method shown at checkout.

All eligible purchases are protected by our Buyer Guarantee. See the Buyer Guarantee for full details of the protection provided.

• Listing tickets you do not own or are not entitled to resell.
• Using bots or automated tools to access the platform or purchase tickets.
• Fraudulent, misleading, or unlawful activity of any kind.
• Infringing the intellectual property or privacy rights of others.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from your use of the platform is limited to the total fees you paid to us for the order giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Abu Dhabi, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer rights.
