Refund & Cancellation Policy
This policy explains when refunds and cancellations apply to ticket purchases on Etihad Arena Tickets. Because tickets are time-sensitive, special rules apply.

1. General rule
Tickets are generally non-refundable and non-exchangeable once a purchase is confirmed, except as set out below or where required by law.
2. Cancelled or rescheduled events
- If an event is cancelled and not rescheduled, you receive a refund of the ticket price and booking fee.
- If an event is rescheduled, your tickets remain valid for the new date. If you cannot attend, contact us about your options.
3. Buyer Guarantee
If a problem with your tickets is covered by our Buyer Guarantee, we will provide replacement tickets or a refund as described in that policy.
4. How to request a refund
To request a refund, contact our support team with your order reference. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days.
